Hello again. I emailed you about the Cuisinart Blade Recall a while ago, and now I’m emailing to let you know that there is a class action lawsuit over the whole fiasco. As you have two of the units, it will be twice as good for you. The reward from the lawsuit is $15 per unit, so I think it is worth the minute or two to fill out the online form. Good luck, and keep the videos coming.

I may have emailed you too soon about the class action. It seems that it says that you are automatically enrolled if you’ve received your blades–which we both have. Sorry to have jumped the proverbial gun. It may still be worth it for you to follow up since you have two units. I was accused of fraud once when I had two claims in a class action, so it may be beneficial to clarify it for them ahead of time…your call. Also, there is a schedule for extra benefits (another $15 check per unit) if they were really late getting you the replacement blades. Sorry if I caused any confusion (other than my own).
